How to choose your wedding photographer
Advices
There are several criterias when choosing a wedding photographer. Even if it is difficult to give more or less importance to one criterion or another you must in particular think about these important issues :
1. Unique memories : The photos (and possibly the wedding film) will be your only memories of this beautiful day, the budget for this part should not be the last on the list.
2. A sensitivity that looks like you : The photos must look like you and it is very important to choose a person with a taste for details as well as for the lighting of all your decoration, your wedding cake, ...

3. A person who will put you at ease : The photographer is the person (with the wedding planner) who will follow you all day long. You must meet him or her physically or by Skype before making your choice.
4. Impeccable presentation : The photographer must blend in with the guests and in no case be "out of step" with the standing of your wedding. Wearing city pants, a shirt and a suit jacket are in my opinion a minimum standard.

5. Equipment in good condition and emergency equipment : It is not useful that your photographer has the latest high tech equipment (I work myself, for film photos, with gears and lenses over 20 years old) but he must have one or more replacement cameras. I don't travel on a wedding with less than four cameras.
These criteria are not the only ones to take into account, but in my opinion they constitute the essential.
